WARRANTS LIFTED & BONDS POSTED
Have you been written a traffic ticket in the City of Grand Prairie, whether for driving over the speed limit or for another offense, such as running a stop sign or forgetting to wear a seat belt? Your violation will go to warrant if you fail to respond to it before it goes past due. This means that the Grand Prairie Municipal Court will eventually take action against you, and issue a warrant for your arrest. While arrest warrants are serious, the Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno has been lifting warrants and posting clients' bonds since 1994. We may be retained to provide you with the same services, or, if you have been arrested already, to post bail for you and ensure that you are released from jail immediately. We may then be able to seek you deferred probation, or another plea deal, in court, or take your case to trial. For more information, please visit our FAQ page or take a moment to fill out our Traffic Ticket Contact Form.
The Great Texas Warrant Roundup takes place on an annual basis. Each year, the Grand Prairie Police Department participates in this roundup, making an extra effort to track down and arrest as many people as possible with pending traffic warrants. If a traffic warrant has been issued for you, you may very well be arrested before or during the Grand Prairie Warrant Roundup. Because the Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno has been defending drivers caught up in the Great Texas Warrant Roundup for more than 20 years, there is a good chance that we may be retained as your attorney, as well, if this year's roundup has taken you by surprise. Once we post bail for you, and have seen to your jail release, we may then defend you at a hearing that will be scheduled for you at a later date.
The Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno offers bail and jail release for drivers arrested and jailed during the Grand Prairie Warrant Roundup, and at all other times of the year. Drivers who are arrested in Grand Prairie may choose to turn to a bail bondsman for jail release at their discretion, but keep in mind that if a bail bondsman is contacted for your jail release, you will not be subsequently defended in court, as you would be if you choose to retain our law firm instead. At a court date that may be designated for you, as your lawyers we may then be able to seek you deferred adjudication, driving safety courses, reduced fines or another acceptable deal.
The Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno is available to post bail and secure your Grand Prairie jail release 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at night, on the weekends and on holidays. In the case that you have been arrested during the Grand Prairie Warrant Roundup, or as a result of a traffic warrant that has previously been issued for you, keep in mind that our law firm has been in practice since 1994, and we are standing by right now to take your call and to post your bail if necessary. For more information on our 24/7 jail release service, please see our FAQ page, complete our Traffic Ticket Contact Form or call the law office at 817-685-0912.
