For more than 20 years, Jack Byno & Associates have defended drivers, both Class C and CDL, against Grand Prairie traffic violations, from speeding tickets to Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) charges. Our attorneys are well-rehearsed in Texas traffic law and know what it takes to lift traffic warrants, post bonds, provide jail release for clients, challenge DL suspension in the Dallas County Justice Court, and more.
JACK BYNO grew up in Euless, Texas. After graduating from high school and receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas, he moved to Japan, where he taught English for three years. Returning to the U.S., he enrolled in the Southern Illinois University School of Law. After graduating from law school and passing the bar exam, he proceeded to found his own DFW-based law firm in 1994. He was appointed Municipal Court Judge of Haltom City in 1999, and also garnered judicial experience while serving as Associate Judge in Richland Hills, North Richland Hills, Bedford, Euless, Hurst and Grapevine. After leaving the bench to work full-time at his traffic ticket law firm, Attorney Byno is now dedicated to defending clients in Grand Prairie and surrounding areas, charged with a variety of traffic-related offenses.
FIONA WORTHY grew up in Houston, Texas. After earning her degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Houston in 1993, she was employed by the Houston Independent School District, where she taught middle school for 12 years. Realizing that a career change was in order, she decided to study traffic law and enrolled at Houston-based South Texas College of Law, which is a member of the Association of American Law Schools. In 2011 she graduated and relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, where she is now a vital member of the Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno. Attorney Worthy is relied upon by her Grand Prairie clients for bonds, swift jail release and representation in court.
Traffic tickets defended and warrants lifted in all Municipal Courts in Dallas County, including, but not limited to: Addison, Balch Springs, Carrollton, Cedar Hill, Cockrell Hill, Coppell, Dallas, Duncanville, Farmers Branch, Garland, Glenn Heights, Grand Prairie, Highland Park, Hutchins, Irving, Lancaster, Mesquite, Richardson, Rowlett, Sachse, Seagoville, Sunnyvale, University Park, Wilmer, and all Dallas County Justice of the Peace (JP) Courts.
